Background

In 2000, the redevelopment of a small New Jersey town was beginning to make news. Collingswood, NJ was being touted as the next "place you want to be" by the local media and, as you'll see, its tagline. With expanding upscale shopping destinations on both sides of the bridge in NJ and PA, Collingswood needed a visual presence to emphazise its character, charm and unique offerings.
